Shipping and Return Information
- We currently ship to the U.S. only
- We ship UPS Ground or USPS. Items shipped US Postal cannot be guaranteed against loss and cannot be tracked.
- If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we do not accept responsibility for this item.
- Once an item is ordered, it is typically shipped out within 2-4 business days. Please allow 2-5 days transit. Items are not shipped out on weekends and holidays.
- We offer store credit only for items returned within 20 days of original purchase. Items returned after this will not be credited. Store credit will be issued for the cost of the item, but shipping will not be reimbursed.
- We do not offer exchanges online at this time. You may exchange items at one of our stores, but cash back will not be issued.
- In order to receive credit for your return, items must be unwashed, unworn, with the tags still on. No exceptions.
- Customers are responsible for costs to return items back to Kate Austin.
- Items deemed damaged upon receipt must be reported within 3 days of receipt and before wearing. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your item will still be in-stock in another size.
